I am contemplating on taking out my power steering and switching it with a friend for a Manual. Already have slight clearance problem with one of the power steering hoses do to my Hooker headers. Whats your take on the swap.

I have a 67 with ps and one without. The one without drives like a lumber truck at anything under 15 mph. I'm actually contemplating adding power steering to my ms car.
