Late model pedals in a first gen?

Has anyone used the late model LT1 car pedals in a first gen? Just wondering because I have a complete 95 Formula parts car and if I can use the pedals I would like to. Seems to me they are a bit better for the heel/toe hijinks. Thanks.

I would imagine that with a welder, grinder, and some imagination that you could get that to work.

Yeah, but I was hoping someone else had been there first :-) I already have a buttload of work to do to this car, so the path of least resistance is my objective.

Man do I ever hear that!!! I pretty much need a whole new car with my '67. I think I can salvage the front right fender. Thats about it. I need both rear quarters, floor pans, hood, trunk lid, trunk pan, cowl, etc etc etc... It doesn't look terribly bad from a distance. I guess its one of those things where you have to be next to it to know what I'm talking about.

Mine is not quite THAT bad. I know I need a new floor and possibly cowl, the rest looks to be in good shape. Most of my work is going to be converting to a late model drivetrain/interior and making it handle well. Still alot of work, I feel for ya man!
