How will these rims look on my 1979 Z28???

I have been looking around on a low budget for some rims that will look nice on my car without breaking the bank... I looked at several different rims, and realized that with my limited budget there really wasn't much I could afford... I happened upon these for a decent price... They are the Eagle series 028 Polished, which are the classic 5 star look. I was wondering what you guys think these will look like, and if you have any pics of some 2nd gens with rims like this, or similar, please let me see them?

To me, they'd look somewhat dated. I'm partial to ARE's Outlaw II's myself. they're relativly inexpensive and never look dated on an older car.

I don't know about those wheels. The Oytlaw 2 look good but you can always find a set of cragar s/s at any swap meet for a fair price.

Love the way those look, but how much money did the TT2's put you back? Your car looks VERY sweet. I give you "mad props" and hopefully mine will follow in your footsteps. It's looking liek I am getting some options open... Like I can either get a 1989 Iroc, HIGHLY modified (new engine and such), a 1977-1979 Trans Am (runs hard, but needs paint *I love t/a's*), or I can get me some bad *** rims for my current Camaro. Ah, hard descisions... My fav's I've ever seen on these cars is by far the TT2's, so that'd probably be what I'd want.

TALOS: What size are those? 17's? Your car looks mucho sharp.

Man, 5 stars were out in the late 80s...and they were mounted to lowered S10s mainly....

To each his own though. If you like em, by all means....

I had a set of the '86 Monte Carlo SS wheels on my old '79 Camaro and loved how they looked. I think they were very similar to the Z-28 wheels of the lates 70's (unsure what exact year).
