How to change a/c clutch

Does anybody know how to change the a/c clutch on a '70 GM compressor, it's the long one, the old one (A6?). Compressor seems fine but the clutch/pulley is locked up.

There is a tool that looks kind of like a TDC stop of the type that threads into a spark plug hole. It has external male thread, external hex, and a bolt threaded on the inside. Long time since I've seen it done, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

It screws into the tip of the compressor, you hold the hex with a wrench, ratchet the bolt in, and it pops out the clutch assembly. See if Autozone will rent you one; I know they carry A/C parts.

The one on the far right on this page is the one I think you need:

I just called, Autozone rents it for 9.99

Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a shot. Hopefully it has some directions or the counter guy might know.
