Gasket help

I have the 350 HO "deluxe" crate motor with vortec heads, and I'm about to order new head, intake and valve cover gaskets, but I'm not sure what valve cover gaskets to get.

I'm going with the felpro performance for the head gaskets (fpp-1003) and intake (fpp-1255). Any help on selecting the correct valve cover gasket would be greatly appreciated.

all the vortec heads I have seen or had came with a really nice reusable neopream type valve cover gasket. I liked the GM intake gaskets better than the 1255's myself. Are the crate motors put together using the steel shim head gaskets or do they use a thicker composite felpro style gasket? its nice to keep the quench height low if you can.
