Is this engine a 396 / 375hp?

I have a 396 / 402 block casting number 3969854. It has two bolt mains. The bore measures 4.125. The pistons are pop up high compression style. The heads have casting number 3917215. Can anyone help me identify these parts. I have had them for years and was told some time ago that this is a 375hp 396. The block also says "high perf. Pass" cast into the back side in the flywheel housing area. What is the value of the bare block, bare head castings, rods and crank. Your feedback will be appreciated.

L78 had 4 bolt mains. A lot of chevy big blocks say "high perf pass" on them. You can tell the exact original application by the engine code stamped on the pad in front of #2 cylinder. Those heads are oval ports w/closed chambers. Excellent street performance heads, but not the square port heads L78s came with.

Any big block part is worth money, but 396 block is less desirable than 454.
