We installed twin electric fans from a '96 Z28 into my Dad's '73 Camaro, and we mounted them on the back (motor side) of the rad, and they've worked well for us. Since the factory mounts the fans the same way, it seemed like the logical thing to do.

Pulling is more effective than pushing. You want to mount it on the rear side if possible.

^^^ excellent point. it is harder for a fan to push and puts more wear and tear on them. pulling is the easiest thing it can do because its basically doing that anyways when u drive down the road.

i am currently in the process of getting a be cool rad w/ twin elec fans.
