can't time 67 camaro 350
I am having a problem timing my 67 350...
I have a mallory coil and unilite distributor on it... I get spark to the engine just fine... the problem is that the #1 cylnider is not lighting to timing light... all the other cylinders work just fine.. i have changed the spark plugs and I changed the cable to a knonw owkrin gone and it wokrs fine.. so the plugs and cables are ok.. I changed the distributor cap.. I am getting spark to the #1 cylinder but it is not lighting the timing light.. any one have any ideas on what i can do next.. could it be the coil? Voltage regulator or something... I have everyone I know stumped on this...
Thanks

Does the timing light work with other cylinders? I mean if you just look at the bulb does it strobe with the spark? If its not flashing for any cylinder maybe its batteries (if applicable) are dead, or the bulb is blown. I suggest this because you said have spark on cyl #1 for sure.
