He means one of those top mounted blowers.

TX- you need to do some reading on blowers if you want to get one. I bought a old "book" (I guess you can call it that), called Street Supercharging - How to tune and install blowers, its a little old, but which book isnt? It explains blower operation, use, history etc..good book. That way you at least know what you're getting into.
