camaro brake booster

actually its not an F-bod but for my other car an X-bod, my 70 nova SS 396/375 4 speed. since those two cars are close to the came thing i thought id ask it here cause theres no X body forums around and im a member here. i have the factory power brakes and the master cylinder is no good and the booster is just too big it almost hits my valve covers i had to get to clear my roller rockers, and i was wondering if anyone swapped theirs for another vehicle model that is more compact? i beleive hot rod features a X or F body that had a mopar booster and master cylinder that was much more compact. thanks!

The booster used in this article might work for you:

When I swapped the front drums on my car I pulled the brakes off a 70 nova. I have the same problem with the booster being too big. I had to use different valve covers because I didn't want to or have the $$$ to buy a new smaller booster to fit with my old valve covers (Edelbrock Aluminum).

I'll look into one of the ones suggested here now that I have a little stashed away.

Thanks

What kind of rockers are you using, my buddy has a 70 nova and he is using the same sized valve covers I am. We are both using the comp cams full roller rockers.

Is this a big block issue? Cause I am running a 400 sbc.
