Bowtie heads...How good?

A buddy of mine just picked up a set of cast iron Bowtie angle plug heads. They are 64cc combustion chamber and 184cc runners. We dont really know much about them...so I was looking for what yall have to say. What kinda RPM range do they make power from-to roughly?

His plans are to throw them on a .060 350,going to use a new Edelbrock .594/.594 242/240 on a 108 LSA hyd. roller cam,and a Victor junior intake w/ a 750 DP Holley and a 3500 stall. Desktop Dyno 2000 rates this sucker ar just over 500 HP and 470-480ish ft/lbs of torque...this sound about right?
