My question is this; What are the issues you have when putting in a carbed motor into a 4th gen. Especially using the old hei distributor. Are you able to remove it with the large lip from the windshield that covers part of the engine bay. I don't want to have to yank the engine to change the distributor or intake. My thirdgen is a rust bucket underneath and I will need a new body here in the next year or 2. I was thinking maybe a 4th gen but I want to keep my vortec 355.
