2nd Gen Fuel Cell

Has anyone ever installed a fuel cell into a 2nd gen camaro??? IF so, you know how awkwardly shaped the trunk is... If anyone has, I'd sure like to see some pictures of the install... Thanks!!!

Yep. That is the Summitt 16 gal. cell. I just used 1/2" square tubing to make pedestal to get it level and then used 5/16" all thread to bolt it down.

Well I got my fuel cell mounted in my car.. I used the same 16 Gallon summit cell, and I used your 1/2" tubing idea, and bolted it down with 3/8" all thread.... It looks great.. I mounted my battery over where you have your nitrous bottle.... I'm putting my bottle behind the front seats on the driveline hump... I appreciate you help!!! It really did make the install go smooth!!
