i was wondering if anyone knows if any 202 heads have these
[] [] on the front of the head

 

Never seen the big valve heads without the "camel hump" symbols and small chambers. Maybe, might be, some in the early 70s smog engines that I haven't seen though. I'd guess the heads were reworked with the larger valves.

 

Some 2.02 heads did have 2 vertical rectangles instead of round humps. See if any of these look close:
