1st gen radiator core support repo/fiberglass??

for 67 firebird.

what experiences have you guys had with either one?

heard the repo was junk, but seems to be the only option other than a long search.

know nothing about the fiberglass unit.

Cant help with the ?, but im in spartanburg and i got a 67 bird also. I haven't seen any others here in town.

actually i have seen 2 other 67 firebird convt's in the area.
strange since they only made 15.5k

Thats a bad car. If I knew how to post pics i would, but mine is a copper hardtop with a transplanted 400.

Unless you're going for a Concours restoration, I'd say just go with the fiberglass one. Every little bit of weight taken off helps
