Re: Wtb 60's-70's Project Car
How about this project car?
1965 Olds F85 V8 club coupe. Very light A-body, titled at 3200 pounds.
$1000, and it's got the original 330 olds motor with steel crank. Runs fine, though the choke is sticky. The interior needs a complete redo, except the dash, which is in good shape. Clean Michigan title. The car is a southern Ohio car that spent its life in the Cincinatti area. The last registered owner crashed it back in the mid-nineties, replaced the hood, engine accessories, radiator, bumper, and hood, but never finished getting it re-registered. It bounced to another fellow who was going to turn it into a race car, and he sold it to me. I'll sell it at what I paid for it, then toss in Olds restoration documentation, a center console with tachometer, an original dealership fabric sample book, factory assembly manual, etcetera. All the stainless steel trim is there too, it's in the trunk.
Good tires & brakes.
