LS1 M6 under $9000

A buddy of mine is looking for a new car. Anyone selling?

MUST be manual transmission. Will consider very nice LT1s.

I've seen your car. If I remember correctly, you're asking $12,000, right? No trades to offer, and can't go anywhere near that high (might swing 9500 for the perfect car), nor would I recommend it to anyone that was purchasing a daily driver. As a collector's item, it might be worth that. As a vehicle, it's just not worth that much money. You can get a VERY nice LS1 for that kind of money.

Just remember the initial purchase price is only part of the cost of ownership... take a good look at lower priced cars b4 purchasing. Good luck.

RKB4C, you already have a thread for selling your car, and I've already told you I don't want it. Please stop hijacking my thread.

You do indeed have a very nice one. My friend is looking for something in the $7-9000 range, and was hoping for something closer to home (Michigan). I'd be ashamed to lowball you on a car that nice anyway.

How do you like those tires? What did they cost? I was thinking about getting GS-D3's for my next tires.

Re: LS1 M6 under $9000

Thanks a lot for the complement, its unfortunate he doesn't have a little more to spend. The gs-d3's are great, I got them as a replacement for the Firestone Firehawk SZ50's I used to have because they were discontinued. The d3's run just a little over $200 a piece from discounttiredirect.com they seem to be the cheapest.
