Hey, this is what I'm looking for:

Max Price: $5,000
Year: 1987 to 1990 Iroc-Z or 1991 to 1992 Z28
Hardtop or T-Top (no verts)
Engine/Tranny: 350/Auto or TPI 305/Manual

Must have clean title, Must pass smog, Must be close to the CA Bay Area.
Body/Frame must be straight aside from minor dings. If it is T-Tops the doors/windows/t-tops all better line up well enough to not leak. If it is T-Tops and does leak it better just be from bad weatherstripping.
