LS1 swapped '89 IROC-Z

My dad just purchased a convertible Z28 today so that means that his swapped IROC has to go. We just finished the swap a few months ago and he's only driven it a handful of times.

Heres the important details:

Ultra Blue Metallic '89 IROC-Z hardtop (painted in the fall of 2010)
Zero rust, underbody was cleaned and painted same time as the body
Mileage on the body is unknown, but I can assure you everything that needed attention was replaced
The chassis is solid, there are no issues
The LS1 and 4L60E were pulled from a donor car that we purchased, mileage I believe is approximately 150k on the engine and the transmission has 5k on a rebuild with a firm shift kit. The compression on the engine was great and it had no issues when we drove the donor car so we replaced the rear main seal just as a precaution and installed everything as-is. There are no issues with the drivetrain, it starts, runs, and drives as it should. The rebuilt tranmission as I said shifts firm.
The engine is a '98 Ls1 with a 2002 ECM and wiring harness so it has the better tuning capabilities. It has been tuned by the same guy that tuned my LS2 convertible and it's spot-on.

New parts installed at the time of the swap:

Headliner
Carpet
Door panels
Inner and outer window sweeps
225lph Walbro fuel pump
Speaker grill covers
Sun visors

The interior is extremely clean. There is one small hole the size of the diameter of an ink pen on the passenger seat. There's no other rips or tears anywhere inside the car other than that. The dash has a small crack in one of the speaker grills, not noticeable when sitting in the car.

It has crank windows, power locks, manual mirrors, rear defrost, has the dash wiring for cruise but I didn't hook it up yet, has a/c hooked up with the swap. It needs a Dakota Digital box to make the speedometer work. It's a cable driven speedo, and the LS1 computer feeds an electronic signal for the speedo, the box is super easy to hook up. We haven't bought one, so once you get one and hook it up you're golden.

Modifications besides the swap:

Shorty style headers with all new exhaust system, high flow cat and back to a flowmaster muffler with stock looking turn down tail pipes under the bumper, extremely sleeper looking!
Custom made polished aluminum cold air kit with a K&N cone filter
4th gen windshield washer and coolant overflow tanks
4th gen rear end with 3.42 gears and Ls1 rear disc brakes

The pictures show the car with 91/92 alloy wheels but if the buyer prefers I also have a set of silver 88-90 16" IROC wheels that we could switch the tires over to.

I'm probably forgetting some details but I'm typing this out on my phone so I can update later if I need to.

Price is $9,000 obo, feel free to ask questions. I'll have a better under hood picture as well as interior pictures soon.
