I came close to selling my Z-28 after many months of continual frustration. I am very glad I didn't. Think twice.

as of right now its still up in the air. gotta sit down with my parents to try and work out a budget. i'll be honest i was just really frustrated and fed up when i posted it. not that i WANT to get rid of it...its just can i afford it. been drivin with ****ty mushy brakes for a month and i put in a master cylinder and its just as bad...maybe a lil worse. and it overheated for about the 5th time last night. replaced the thermostat not 100 percent sure its fixed. and i have no good temp gauge nor know how to install one..so every time i drive its literally hope and prayer.

i kno i would regret it either way thats no doubt..its my 1st car

i would delete my account because a. not ownin a camaro z28 anymore and B. most ppl dont want me here anyway

This is what I was trying to tell him on FB last night, although not in these exact words. I think you can drive the point home much better since you actually had a car that you considered selling because of frustration.

OK good, I'm glad to see you've calmed down a little and are willing to sit down and try to come up with a game plan with your parents. If you can afford a DD and keep your Camaro as a project on the side, that would be cool.

As for deleting your account, I've never owned a Camaro, Z28 or otherwise, or even a Chevy product come to think of it. What can I say? I love imports. Nobody here has ever given me hell about it in a mean spirited way.

To the point of people not wanting you here anyway...**** on that. It's a free country. Stay if only to annoy the hell out of them with your presence. If you enjoy being here, then do so.

If you cant afford the Camaro on its own, then you sure as heck can't afford a DD and to still work on the Camaro....ask me how I know this

Most people in the lounge don't own an F-Body - like one of the Mods.

I want you here. But in a non gay way. Like in the way that I can say "Yeah, I have a black friend" - and it's you.

[ HUG ]

Sell the car - there will always be more cars for sale. Work on your budget - I wish I would have been better with my money in my early 20's. Trust me.

Oh please, I don't even own a fun car of any variety and I still come here. I talk about the stupid stuff I know about, and listen to the podcasts and read about the technical things and try to learn about stuff I don't know. As for people "not wanting you here", its the internet dude, don't worry about what some random guy from Idaho or something thinks of you. You don't bother me at all, and my opinion is the only one that matters.
