1992 Camaro RS, 305tbi, 5speed, 3:08 open rear, lexan t-tops, rear defrost, tilt, cold A/C, short shifter, flowmaster exhaust, 180* stat, 4th gen black power leather seats front and back, 1.75" dropzone lowering springs.. I still have the original springs to go with the car which are F41's. The car is a little lighter due to the fact is has manual windows, locks. I removed the smog pump and catalytic converter which gives the car a very aggressive exhaust note. Now for the good the bad and the ugly.. Lets just get the bad over with first, cracked dash pad which is super common, paint chips on front bumper cover, paint is pretty and its still a beautiful car. The middle piece of the rear spoiler is cracked, don’t have a story about it cause it was there when I bought the car. The car also shows 170,xxx miles on it. This is the one and only reason I am willing to sell it so cheap. Make absolutely no mistake that the car in NO way shows its age.. The drive train is perfect and the exterior/interior are good.. I change the oil every 3000 like any sane person and never has it been a single drop low between changes, no blowby, no smoke from exhaust and when I say no smoke I mean that it does not smoke at start up even after setting a couple days, it does not smoke at full throttle, I have never seen it smoke at all. Compression test is great.. If I were a guessing man I would lay down anything that the car has either had the engine rebuilt or replaced, I cant guarantee that of course because I have no documentation of it. But I feel certain that the engine could not have lasted that long and still have NO problems, as for anything leaking I cannot find anything which may be another sign the engine is new/rebuilt.. I replaced the alternator a few months back with a lifetime warranty one from Autozone. I blew a heater hose about 6 months ago and replaced all the hoses at that point along with the diverter valve for the heater. The engine is bone stock with no modifications.. The transmission shifts perfectly in all gears, the clutch is only 6-7 months old ( have receipt) which also has lifetime warranty through Autozone. I changed the rear fluid and put LSD additive in since I was changing it. Its truly been a great car to me and I think its still a beautiful car but the fact is its an RS which is more/less stock, with all my friends driving LT-1s and LS-1s the car just isn’t enough.. Its stupid to try and lie and tell you the car has “never been raced” but I can honestly say the car has had an easy life for a Camaro. After losing a few races to my friends I decided to not put myself through the laughter anymore so the majority of the time I have had the car its just been a ride back and forth to work.. We have a pretty day forecasted today and I will be taking that opportunity to take a lot of pictures so anyone wanting detailed and abundant pics of the car can email me and I will forward them to you.. I basically just want to sell this car and move on.. All the money will just be "fun" money for mods to the new Z.. In other words I am selling this thing CHEAP.. Because I have to get rid of it.. I have a baseline in my head that I cannot go below because I will not give the car away.. So feel free to make an offer on it and we can go from there.. Oh, as for shipping, depending on where your located I can either meet half way or do a full delivery.. My fiancé loves the idea of a road trip so as long as it can be done in one day we will deliver or meet.. I trust the car that much :) I would take it to Mexico without worry..
