Hey everyone. I'm finally ready to let go of my car if the price is right! I've put a ton of work into this car since I bought it in 2020. It doesn't need much work to finish up the mechanical stuff and things. The car is rust free (yes, even underneath where you can't see). I've still got more new stuff for the car that I haven't taken out of the packaging. But my health took a bad turn and I just can't finish her up. The engine rebuild did me in. Time to sell her! All labor on this car was done by me to avoid labor costs elsewhere, and because I wanted to be sure the car was built right. By the way, it needs a new battery. You'll have to bring a battery with you if you intend to buy. She'll start right up.
Here's the current installed specs:
383 Stroker engine
Holley Double Pumper 3310S 750cfm carb (new)
Edelbrock Performer RPM cast aluminum intake
Edelbrock timing kit
Comp cam (I do not know the specs on it, the previous owner put it in)
PRW Pro Series Roller Rocker complete kit
Old School Hooker Headers
Moroso Air Cleaner
Heads have been machined but I do not know the details on that! I'm not a heads or transmission man
Summit Racing Fuel Pressure Regulator
Converted to electronic fuel pump and radiator fans
Serpentine belt conversion
Modified posi rear end with 4:56 gears (for 8th mile drag)
Modified 700R4 transmission. This one has been drilled for faster launch and I'm not a fan of the jerk into 2nd, he also put the gears too close together making it super difficult to hit overdrive when shifting up. It wants to skip from drive to neutral if you're not careful how you shift it. First gear is also modified to provide better launch, but you don't wanna downshift into first even at a slow speed or it'll jerk the daylights outta you.) This is one thing I'm not physically able to do anymore, which is why it didn't get done. But it still works fine.
Eibach adjustable rear coil springs
Front tires are good, rear tires are new
Ceramic brake conversion with new pads, rotors, lines so she'll stop in a hurry even at higher speeds
Weight reduction
And finally, it does have a line stop installed, BUT, the solenoid needs replaced because I broke it!
I tore down the engine and rebuilt her because I didn't trust the previous owners work after seeing how he had the old carb rigged and a few other things that were rigged up when I bought it (that I've since replaced and done right). I replaced the piston rings and all necessary gaskets. Everything else looked really good. She runs on premium fuel only. DO NOT use regular unleaded or she'll let you know how much she hates it. If you do use reg, you better have a bottle of octane booster to pour in (Cheaper to just use premium fuel). Cosmetically the car is in great condition now compared to what it was when I bought it. I replaced a couple of the interior panels that were in bad shape but she still needs a new dash pad and the plastic covers on top of the door panel. I put a dash cover on her to cover up the hideous dash pad. I was able to find better carpet from another 85 Camaro but it has one spot I'm not fond of. I also put seat covers on her to preserve the seats because they're in great condition and I don't want the sun fading them. The seat covers that I put on actually faded to the color of the car! They started out gray! I thought that was pretty awesome.
Lastly, here is a list of things that I bought for the car that are still in the boxes and packaging. I don't intend to put them on at this point due to my health, so I plan to sell them online for close to what I paid. However! A deal can be made to whoever buys this machine!
Eibach front adjustable coil springs ($300)
Holley Sniper EFI new in the box ($1250)
Jegs COMPLETE fuel system replacement made for the sniper EFI. Comes with fuel pump, fuel lines, both filters, all sensors, mounting brackets and all. All new in the box. ($250)

I'm asking $9000 for the car or best offer. The new parts cost extra but I'm willing to cut a deal if you buy the whole lot
Thank you for your time here!
She came in 21st at this show out of 99 registered Don't mind the wrinkled seat covers. The seats underneath are in great shape!
