1997 Formula WS6 with Best of Everything and 10,953 Miles

It has been a long time since I've been active on these boards (some of the old timers might remember me). Just too busy with work and life these days. Alas, too busy to spend quality time with my Firebird either.

Anyway, I've decided to sell it. I am the original owner and it has 10,953 miles. See some details in the ebay listing:

There is a link there to more photos and a short video of it starting (that doesn't really do it justice. I have a sheet of details that I can send you as well. You can see it in person in Sterling Heights, MI.

Yes, I know it is expensive, but I'm not desparate to sell it, just decided that I don't have enough time for the hobby and thought I'd see if there was a good home for it out there before I store it for the winter.

If you have any questions, reply, email me at mark.h.allen@comcast.net, or send a private message.

Hi. Thanks! Yes, it was dyno tuned by Greg Banish right after putting the Powerdyne in. It was on a Mustang dyno. We had it up at around 420 rwhp on 93 octane, but we were getting a little knock so dialed it back to just a hair under 400 (I'll have to check the dyno sheet for the exact number - it was 7 years ago). As for the track, it is been out a few times. I'm pretty inexperienced and it is a 6 speed, so a good driver could probably do a lot better. My best pass was 12.07 at 118. However, I was getting a bad knock at high rpms that day and had to let off. When I got home, I found that the electrode was half burned off on the #8 plug so I had a 1/8" gap! I replaced them all with irridium, but have never been out since, sadly. Based on my speed, a decent driver should be deep in the elevens. I don't really race or push this car too much as it has been my "baby" as well. Lately, I've hardly driven it at all. I think 200 miles total this year. :-(
