1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
Re: 1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
Took me awhile sell mine a year or so ago, summers coming up someone will want a fun car. I'd make you an offer but I don't want to lowball you, it's a clean car!
Re: 1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
I was hoping to get it sold before my wedding in June! There have been a few people 'seriously interested' but have backed out. I am meeting someone this Saturday to look at it, hopefully it goes well.
Still wish the title could be changed to $3,850 OBO...

Thanks for the comments, yes the paint is original. It could use a good cut and buff, but it looks great even with a nice wax. The A/C components have been removed except for the compressor, so no there is no A/C on the car currently.
Re: 1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
So the current price is 3800 right? I was wondering if you could post some interior pictures of the car. This car caught my eye when i was looking through here. I hope to buy my first z28 after i sell my current car because premium fuel is getting outrageous. This will just run on 87 octane right? What kind of milage are you getting?
Re: 1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
I would not advice running anything less than premium in it... Not only are they designed to run premium from the factory but I have a 93 octane tune in it from PCMforLess.
Let me know if you are still interested. I get about 17-19mpg around town normally.

Re: 1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
So the optispark has been replaced? Any problems with the car? It seems like it's extremely cheap for what it should be worth. How much hp and torque do you think the car makes with the tune and mods you have installed? Ive got my car for sale in my area and if it sells before you have sold your car I will have the money to buy it.
Re: 1993 Z28 A4 in IL - $5,000 OBO
Replaced the cap and rotor with the MSD unit, converted to the vented system. No problems whatsoever, I started out asking $5,600 a few months ago. Listed it here for $5,000 and have had NO interest in it at all, which is the only thing driving the price reduction. I need to get it sold, I'm getting married in June and we have a lot we need to pay for.
I would love to drop the price even more to get rid of it, but I have invested over $8,000 in the past year in this car I can't throw away any more money. I want to see it go to a good home, it deserves to be driven.
I am also willing to drive a little ways to meet up if someone is serious about buying it and can meet with cash. I have the title and will be free the next few weekends but I am starting class on the weekends soon and would love to get it sold before then.
