My last 7 digits... Mine is also a Hard top car... As I understand it, Only the T top cars were allowed to show.

I'm not sure of what you mean by "allowed to show", but if your referring to being used for the Festival Parade and driver introductions before the race, then yes because the T-tops allowed the spectators to view the celebrities riding in the car during these events. Not all of the cars used at the track were used for those purposes, most were assigned to track and press officials and sponsor dignitaries during the weeks leading up to the race.

 

I mean no Hard top cars were displayed or driven @ the festival, parade. ONLY T Top cars.. At least that is my understanding with my limited knowledge... Trying to learn as much as I can so I can speak intelligently when I begin to take mine to Local car shows.
