1992 cavalier convertible 3.1 f/s
Folks,
I have a '92 chevy cavalier rs convertible for sale. Has 120k, but had a new GM motor installed at 100k. Runs fine, but needs a tune-up, as it has sat for 6 months. 3.1, a/c, power locks/windows, keyless, cruise, delay wipers...basically a z-24 w/o the ground fx. Everything works. Again, this car runs and drives great, even passes inspection in CT. Top is 2 years old, and is power.
I drove this thing 100 miles round trip to school for a year, and never had a single problem.
has a spot of rust on the rear fender where it meets the bumper...
I had originally planned on gutting the interior, spraying the hole thing down with rhino-liner, and then using it as my summer beach cruiser; figuring I could just spray the thing out/ leave the top down all the time, but have since started on a project wrangler.
I want $500 for it; figuring that if I put $500 in to it, I would have a $2000 car any father would be proud to buy his daughter.
make it a great winter beater, or do what I planned with it, and have cheap, reliable, semi-sporty transportation, instead of a boring escort/hyundai with nothing in it.
car is located in New Britain, CT
