Exclamation 1973 Camaro Hugger Orange Big Block

This is my 1973 Camaro, Gen IV 454 bored over .30, Erson Hydraulic roller cam with 585 lift, 246@.50, 9 1/2 TRW L2465 pistons, Manley stainless steel valves, 336781 GM heads with heavy springs and guide plates.Quick Fuel Technologies 950 CFM carb. Motor has about 2500 miles on it and is an easy 500hp/500 ft lb combination. Solid motor mounts, aluminum pulleys and just spotless under the hood. Aluminum radiator and electric cooling fans. Fully welded 3' exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers.
Fresh Turbo 400 just rebuilt by Sloans Racing Trans with a JW Ultrabell bellhousing, TCI Breakaway 2600 stall converter,B&M manual/automatic valve body.
10 bolt posi with 3.08 gears
This car ran 12.09-12.20 in the quarter at Indy multiple times with limited traction.
New carpet, rebuilt factory slapstick shifter, restored factory console. Redyed dash, lower and upper door panels and new door center panels. PUI Factory style Comfortweave seat covers front and rear, new headliner. Factory cluster restored with WHITE background and a custom made oil psi gauge in the cluster from Gaugemarks. New ACC carpet with Peel & Seal sound deadner from front to back. New Sill plates. new Alpine CD player with satelite radio, USB port, Bluetooth, 400 watt Punch amp and Infinity rear speakers.
I have documented over on the forum all the work I have done to this car and there is a mountain of receipts that go with it.
Someone had fully restored this car frame off about 10 years ago. The front subframe is powdercoated, floor pan tubs were welded in and a full left rear quarter was installed. The paint is bright Hugger Orange, there are a few runs, chips and scratches here and there but it stands proud and has NO rust or bubbles. The hood is also a steel cowl hood that has a excellent bottom side paint job to match the top.
It has Global West solid subframe bushings and a set of powdercoated Heidts subrame connectors and it really tightened up the car.
15x7 and 15x8 Corvette Rally wheels, professionaly powdercoated, police style center caps and installed with brand new BFG Radial T/A's.
I could go on and on but your best bet is to read through my forum posting that I did over the winter for some great details on the car! I am still adding new parts and upgrading right now.

I really like this car, its a beast but as I get older I want more of a highway cruiser with A/C

This car was professionaly appraised in March of 2012 for $24,000. I have put a couple more thousand in it since then.
