has anyone else had problems with thezeb.com customer service. i had some of my stereo equipment stolen and i have been trying to get a copy of the receipt from them. and i call and i call leave several messages, email them and i get nothing. they had fast shipping and good prices but customer service means alot more to me than that. probably wouldn't buy from again.

 

I've probably made 4 or 5 orders through them, and never had any issues... always got good CS whenever I tried to get a hold of anyone, although this was about 2 years ago since I've ordered from them...

 

well i am gonna ammend my statement slightly they did now get into contact with me and provided me with what i needed. but it did take quite some time.
