Alright, i have a 95 Trans am, and the fuse for the lighter and horn blows everytime i plug something into the lighter plug. No matter what it is, cell phone charger, lighter ect. the fuse blows as soon as it makes contact with the metal. What the hell is going on and how do i fix it?

 

id try pulling the lighter socket out and look for any wires touching, also look in the socket any corrosion? my firebirds socket was all rusted inside, so i bought a new one from autozone for $7.00 then I ran a new 12v constant (so my phone can charge while im at work) with a 7.5amp inline fuse, and ran a new ground. havent had any problems with anything.
