Yellow wire leading to battery? Connected to exhaust then continues towards back? And no blinkers working not even on the dash tried relay and spliced a broken wire leading from one blinker in the back to the other. Not the best with cars I’m into houses help. 94 camaro z

Other than your turn signals aren't working, your description of the problem doesn't give much information to help with. Depending on your skills, the attached schematics should help with tracing the circuit from its power source all the way to the turn signal lights. Have you checked the #2 fuse in the IP fuse block. That would be the first place I would check. If you don't have 12V at either side of the fuse with the key in the "ON" position, then start checking back toward the ignition switch. If you find power at both sides of fuse, then follow the circuit wiring in the schematics to the next device until you no longer have 12V.
