wire length question

for those who have ran brand new speaker wires to all four speaker holes (from a trunk mounted amp), how much wires did you use? When I get my car back from the shop, I'm going to run brand new wires (since I'm still using some stock wires).

I have my 4 ch amp mounted under the PS seat, I'm wired for the rear speakers, and double run for the fronts (2 pair to each side, 1 for Tweeter, and 1 for Driver) and I used about 70', I'd say to the rear with all the wires would be about 100' dependsing on how you run it. I personally get all mine together and they run as a bundle to the amp. I could have probably used less wires, but I ran them the "neatest" way i could.

here's the plan. I want to run new wires to each of the speaker hole, as I said before. But all the xovers are going to be moved. The rear speakers' xovers are already back there, and the front xovers are going behind the side foot panel.

Wink

I used about 60' or so of wire.

That is with the amp mounted on the back deck and runing speaker wire to the rears and to crossovers in the same place as you.

If you are in the trunk it will be another 15 foot or so.
