Wierd Remote wire issue

I have a JVC Deck thats fairly new but not a brand new deck or anything... And I just hooked subs up in the car. The remote wire is constant WTF is up with that? Is this some weird setting for some reason? I've never heard of that. Theres 2 blue wires... Using a DVOM I figured out that one of them is switched with the deck, but only on in radio. So thats Deffinatly power antanae specific. The other one has 12 volts all the time My amp wont turn off without undoing it
