Where to run Amp Ground

where is a good place to run a ground from an amp in the back of a 94 Z. I have to run the ground from my JBL 1200.1 and my cap. Where is a good place to run a ground in a Fourth gen? Also should I run the ground from the amp to the cap and then ground it, or should I ground each individually.
