where to put a monitor

where to put a monitor

i want a small 6 inch or so monitor in my camaro, but i dont know where to mount it. flip out isn't possible because of cost and i dont have another din opening. anybody with t-tops mount it on the roof? where else could i mount one?

some people do the visor-mounted screens. My advice is that if you're going to install ANY type of monitor, but a good brand. Don't fall for that $100-$200 type crap. My friend installed a ceiling-mounted monitor and it crapped out on him recently....He can't find another LCD module that'll fit it well, so now he's stuck with either leaving a broken monitor on his headliner or taking it off and showing all the holes. Just something to think about...

i just mounted mine in the center of my dash.
