Where to mount amp??

Im kinda stuck on where to mount the amp in my car. I was thinkin in the spare tire area but theres really nothing to build on back there. I would like the amp to be hidden, so I dont really want to put it right behind the back seats. Any pics or suggestions helpful. I am also putting in the stealth box on the right side.

Currently I have 2 large amps mounted on the deck.. but I'm running 5% tint on the back window and you can NOT see into the trunk area.

when I upgrade, I'm going to have 1 on the deck, and 2 on the back wall.

Depending on the size of the amp(s) the back wall is a very usefull spot that will retain t-top storage and provides more cooling room than the spare tire well; although I've seen some decent installs there as well.

Actually, depending on amp size, the spare tire well is perfect. What you need to do is build a small square of MDF that will bolt on to the spot where the spare tire is mounted. Next cut to shape a sheet of MDF that will pretty much follow the countour of the floor as it goes up and over the gas tank. The sheet you cut will then screw into the square piece of MDF you attached to the spare tire mount. Carpet, attach amps, and cover with the factory plastic cover. That setup saved my amps when I got broken into.

I'm doing the same, 2 JL Audio amps on the back wall and a 10W6 sub in the cubby so I retain all my t-top space.
