Either a stealth, like mentioned above. Or a Milhouse box would be your best options.

Truck box!

Simple and Cheap.

Easy to move (with enough wire of course) have it in the t-top area or put it on the ledge back there if the tops are out.

Alot easier to sell if you decide to get rid of everything rather than a "custom enclose" or millhouse box or w/e.

How much do u want for the stealth box? Will it fit my car i noticed urs is a thirdgen.

How well will the steal boxes fit? i noticed they go after the stock speakers? But is the sound clear?

How much do the cost? are the a custome build or can i go to an audio shop and get them?

A truck box? wont that just be in the way? Like i still want to use my t-top compartment when its summer and not have to like move my subs everwhere

Depends by what you mean by "in the way". Do you use that ledge infront of the t-top well? Do you use it when the tops are off too? If its yes, to those questions, then I'd suggest something like a stealth box from www.subthump.com but if you don't and don't want to spend $100+ dollars jsut for the enclosure, a truck box will work just as effectively as the rest.

I have the amp mounted where the spare tire is supposed to go with about 3 feet of wire leading from that panel to the box. This allows movement of the sub from the t-top well to the ledge back there if I want to take off the t-tops. It's not really more of a hassle than taking out the tops in the first place. All of 10 seconds to move it up there.

And you can pick up a truck box at any local quality audioshop in your area. Just find one that meets your sub's required cubicspace.

Passenger Side Stealth
Holds a 10" or 12" sub
mdf construction
has .7 cu.ft. of air space
mounting depth is 10"
will also fit s10L7s
Fits coupe and convertible

You must remove the spare tire and jack and trim the plastic panel to expose the sub.

Do i really have to remove the spair tire and jack to get that thing to fit?

ditto.

You can't put a box in there while the spare is taking up all the space.

stealth boxes suck. the air volume just isnt enough to be able to handle a powerful sub. i suppose you could port the box and run huge power, but thats lazy.

Not all people are looking to install a "powerful sub". Many are just looking to add a little low end to their music and to do it in a stealth fashion.

Well, you start off by saying something that I can somewhat agree with on certain subs and then you go and make the ported commented? Come on, you aren't going to be porting that small of an enclosure for it just wouldn't work out physically.

Oh, and on the stealth box size comment, it all depends on the woofer if you think about it. A 10" Brahma for example would probably do okay in a .5 to .7 cube enclosure but a 12W7 probably wouldn't do as well. It also depends on the response the user is looking for. If they run a sub in a smaller enclosure normally the sub can handle more power but it also doesn't have as much low frequency response (like 40 Hz and below) and sometimes can get a hike in the response around the 50 to 60 Hz range.
