Question Where does the alarm bump sensor go?

I am getting ready to install my Subthump passenger side stealth box in my 2001 SS Vert & I noticed the factory alarms bump sensor is just hanging back there behind where the spare used to be.

Does anyone know where it is supposed to be mounted or does it just hang there? There should be some pocket , shelf or bracket it would snap into right?

It's mounted on the sheet metal by sticky tape-like stuff... I believe near behind the factory amp if I remember correctly... Look around there, you should see a small square where it used to be mounted... If your alarm system worked poorly before, then thats probably why...not as effective just hanging there than if it were mounted securely...
