2 years ago, i bought an 87 C [2.8] with monte carlo 14" wheels and 235 60r 14 tires.....ride was very smooth even on these rotten city streets.....in december, i got another C......a 92 RS.......16" wheels and offset front wheels.....car drives like a squirrel on a skateboard due to the potholes.....harsh ride, too- and turning circle is increased......i plan to toss similar 14's on the car.....any caliper clearance problems......or is the front end the same.....?.....did the 70's or 80's camaros use 14's....?.....if so, what was the usual tire size....?.... jim
