What if your head unit doesn't have a remote turn-on lead?

Where should I hook up my turn-on lead for my amps? Any good ideas? Supposed to be .03 V?

any ACCY wire will work, typically I wire them into the power antenna lead, but any keyed (Turn on only when the key is on) lead will work.

The only problem with the power antenna is that in some cars when you turn your CD on (other then the radio) the antenna will turn off and your amp may shut off.

all of the newer decks do this. but if he doesnt have a remote wire than his radio is probaby old.
