what amp to get/where to put it?
Im going to purchase 2 sets of Kicker K65 6 3/4'' interior speakers and I need to find a good amp to power these guys and a place to put the amp, what do you guys reccomend as a decent amp to power these? Im not looking to spend all that much, and I need 4 channel amp. Also, where should I put it? trunk is sort of off limits due to hockey bag constant there.
thanks
thanks
I had mine under my passenger seat. It was a real small four channel and never had any problems with it overheating. I would travel for 4 hr's back and fourth between cities with it cranked it would not cut out or anything. If you can find one small enough, I would put it there cause it does not get in the way and all the wires are easy to hide. The power going though the bottom side panel, the ground on the seat post, and the speaker wires running through the inside of the console area.
alright, those suggestions sound good , thanks i hope it will fit well in one of those places. what do you guys reccomend as far as the amp to buy with those kicker k65s?
are the k65s good?

I'm going with JL audio speakers and amps. Monsoon is going and the amps will be mounted in the trunk up against the inside rear wall as not to lose my t-top space. Sub in driver's rear corner and neon lights to accent my mods, what a ricer I am.
