when i turn the car off and take the key out about 3 seconds later my subs make a pop.....its preety loud too?????

That's feedback going through the system. It's because your amp is still turned on while the car and stereo deck is off.

To correct this, run your REM wire (the 12 volt + wire that turns on the amp) to your deck. That way when the deck turns off, so does your amp and no more feedback.
