Viper Alarm

I had the Viper 791XV alarm with remote start installed on my car in December. The factory setting for lights when it is remote started is a constant flashing of the parking lights. I didn't like it because it drew too much attention. So I had the installer change it so they are on solid with a remote start. The only problem it seems to blow the fuse so now no lights work when i press the buttons on the remote.

Also before i had it fixed, (when NO lights would come on), after a week or so of it not working, the headlights would come on with remote starting it. It was acting like the E-brake was off, so the sensor in the dash was telling the either the running lights or the headlights to come on depending on the time of day.

After the second time it blew the fuse, they put a higher capacity fuse, so the lights should always work. The first day it worked fine, then the next night I remote started it and the headlights came on again. The shop is thinking it might be a bad alarm brain, but I wanted some of the experts on here to give a second opinion. The headlights coming on doesn't bother me, but I just installed my halo lights and they come on with the parking lights, so at night walking to the car with the halos is pretty cool. When the headlights are on you can't see them. Oh and when this happens the lights will just stay on (not flash) when I unlock the car.
