Turn Signals:

family member wants to know how can she tell which turn signal bulb is out? When she turns on the turn flasher they light up but don't flash. I told her it must be a bad bulb. But how to tell without checking every last one?
It's a 99 Firebird.

It is the turn signal flasher, it's under the steering wheel. I swear half the people on here have this happen. Mine does the same thing, but with the right side only. I heard you can find universal turn signal flashers, so that might be cheaper than going to the dealer.
