Question Turn Signal Issues

I've posted about this in the appearance forum but only got a couple responses. Can someone explain (in basic terms - not electrically inclined) the components of the turn signal system? I replaced the flasher (electronic for the LEDs) but what other fuses, relays or other components are there and where are they?

I have LEDs throughout my exterior and have switchback LED towers in my front turn signal housings. They are supposed to to be white with the headlights on and flash to amber and back to white with the turn signal engaged. I've had these for a while now and they have worked great. When I use them now, they switch from white to solid amber. The taillights still flash so my dash light shows whats looks to be a half-a-burnt out lamp. This is the same for both sides of the car so I am not thinking its the LED.

Any ideas on what components to look at?

btw, here is a vid.
