trunk rattle (dynamat question)

trunk rattle (dynamat question)

ok, whats the best way to get rid of the spoiler rattle? if i hold down the spoiler it goes down a lot, where do u dynamat?

Lift up your hatch, take off the plastic piece under your spoiler. A lot of rattle comes from there. So deaden that. Also behind your rear section piece (in between your tailights).

if it's just the spoiler, follow 1999v6's suggestion. Also, you want to take the spoiler off and put some sound deading between the spoiler and hatch. As for the panel rattle, it's mostly coming from the hatch lock and there's nothing really you can do about that.

1st place to start is by tightening every bolt you see. From the tail light wing nuts to the bolts holding on the spoiler etc etc. Then do what they said.
