Is there a constant 12v wire in the trunk on a 4th gen?
I'm looking at installing a small light in the trunk of my "01 Camaro and was wondering if there was a 12 wire anywhere back in the trunk area that I could use for power. I do have the factory 12 disc installed in the trunk if that makes a diffrence.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I agree, dont tap into a fuel pump line. Not enough power to the pump could make your car run funny. it should be easy to run a small gauge power wire through your interior. Yea, dont rush anything on a camaro lol. Do it right the first time
convertz....PLEASE...just run a 10 gauge power wire from your battery. It's SOOOOO easy and will only take you about 30min, AND it'll hold WAY more than enough current for ANYTHING you'd EVER want to run in your trunk.
Tapping into the trunk light or fuel pump or power antenna or whatever will just result in blowing fuses if you're drawing too large a load. If you really are struggling with running a new power wire just pay any car audio shop in your area $20 to run a new wire for you.
