TA steering wheel stereo control lights out

The lights on my stereo controls on the steering wheel of my TA have gone out on both sides (The lights that light up the lettering).

Has anyone ever replaced them? How do I get to them and what type of bulbs do I get? Also, where should I buy them from?

Thank you

Thanks, I can't view it though since I'm not a reg'd member there. I try to register but it won't allow my email addy (yahoo) for some reason I was registered there a couple years back but somehow lost my accessibility when it went down, haven't been able to get back in since. I might just use a family member's addy.

I would copy and paste it on here, but it also includes some links. maybe make a new e-mail address at hotmail or somewhere. I don't know why it wouldn't work.

They are micro lamps, available at Radio Shack. Not LEDs though. I can't remember the part number, but they did have Micro Lamps on the package.

Simple take apart, de-solder, re-solder and put back together.
