Surveillance in your car?
What do you guys think about hiding some of these in your car and possibly putting a VCR under the seat or in the trunk or something? Just an idea. You could even use one as your rear mirror.

If you have a house, I think you're much better off getting a camera system to watch your driveway....or garage area. If your car is broken into though, they would likely find some of the camera equipment and take that. If Your car is stolen...well they have stolen the camera recordings as well (assuming that data is stored on the car)...

Yeah true... I guess it would be better off to maybe just use it as a back up camera. That would be pretty sweet. They are pretty cheap too!
Now you just have to make sure you have a indash dvd player or screen of some sort.

I think all new cars should come with built-in cameras wired to the computer that record video and car data like speed, brakes and what not. It could be used in courts for insurance liability issues or hit and runs and what not.
