sub setup for 4th gen & t-tops

I'm wondering if anyone has done any stereo setup to their 4th gen camaro that has t-tops.

I want to put some subs in my camaro but dont want to utilize the space to store the t-tops.

Anyone have and pictures of suggestions on what i can do here?

Thanks

Click my sig to see my dual Stealthbox setup. Then stop by SubThump and check out Steve's T-top box.

Re: sub setup for 4th gen & t-tops

I have two Kicker 10" Solobarics in a box on the shelf right behind the rear seats/over the gas tank. The amps are on the back wall of the T-top well, so my T-tops still go back there every chance I get. You might not be able to make a box that will fit there though, as the Kickers use a very small sealed enclosure (but still hit pretty hard). And if I ever wanted to take the box out (like to go to the track) I would have to take the speakers out of the box first. PITA, but then my car doesn't go to the track that much, and no smash & grab thief would have an easy time of stealing my subs.

The subthump boxes seem very popular for people with T-tops and I can understand why. But I still have a trunk for groceries. Just be creative and you can come up with something.
