stock head unit with aftermarket changer

i recently bought a car, 95 eclipse gs-t, came with the stock tape deck, and no cd changer in the rear. I do have a pioneer 12 disc sitting in the garage.
can it be done?
what parts needed?
there is a "aux" plug-in on front of deck
how hard?

AUX no, wont work. Is the Pioneer an RF Mod. unit? Whats the model number? If its a dedi changer, you can call somewhere like Crutchfield and see if they have an adapter, that will plug into the factory changer wire, and adapt it to the Pioneer.

What you would need to make it work with the AUX input of the Pioneer unit is a changer-controller that has the RCA outputs. I have one for the pioneer 6-disk changers. Don't know if it'll work for your 12 disk changer....I'll look into it and get back with ya. It is a DEX-M400. If you think you might be interested, drop me an email and I'll send you some pics of it.
